What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
For in-stock items, we support small trial orders starting from 10 pieces with mixed colors and sizes. For custom logos, exclusive colors, or custom packaging, the MOQ is 500 pieces, depending on the specific craftsmanship required.

What customization services (OEM/ODM) do you offer?
We offer full customization services, including woven/silicone/PVC labels, reflective printing, laser engraving on metal buckles, custom hang tags, and customized packaging. We also support mold development and sampling based on your designs or samples.

What are your sample and bulk production lead times?
In-stock orders ship within 1-3 business days after confirmation. Custom sampling takes 5-7 business days. Bulk production typically takes 15-25 business days, depending on order quantity and craftsmanship complexity.

What payment methods and terms do you accept?
We accept T/T (Bank Transfer), PayPal, and Credit Card. For bulk orders, our standard terms are a 30% deposit to start production, with the remaining 70% balance due before shipment after quality inspection.

Absolutely! In-stock samples are shipped within 1-2 days for you to test quality and sizing. Custom samples require a sampling fee, which will be credited back to your bulk order once it reaches the minimum order amount.

All products undergo strict tensile strength and stitching quality control before leaving the factory. If you find any manufacturing defects or shipping damage upon receipt, we offer a 30-day window for fast resolution, including replacement or negotiated refund.
