Prices may not include shipping charges, customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other applicable charges unless expressly stated otherwise.

For international orders, the customer may be responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.

5. Orders and Payments

When you place an order through our Site, you agree to provide accurate and complete information.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit an order for reasons including, but not limited to:

Payment must be completed before an order is processed unless otherwise agreed in writing.

For wholesale, OEM, or ODM orders, payment terms may be separately agreed upon between Pettimery and the customer.

6. Order Cancellation

Customers may request to cancel an order within 24 hours after placing the order, provided that the order has not already been processed or shipped.

Once an order has entered processing, production, or shipment, cancellation may no longer be available.

For OEM, ODM, customized, or personalized products, cancellation may not be permitted once production has started.

7. Returns and Refunds

Our Return and Refund Policy applies to eligible purchases made through our Site.

Unless otherwise stated, eligible standard products may be returned within 30 days of delivery, subject to our Return and Refund Policy.

Returned products must generally be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs when the return is due to reasons such as incorrect size selection, change of mind, or ordering the wrong product.

OEM, ODM, customized, personalized, or specially manufactured products may not be eligible for return or refund unless the product has a manufacturing defect or does not conform to the specifications confirmed by the customer and Pettimery.

8. Shipping

We ship products to selected countries and regions where shipping services are available.

Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on destination, shipping method, customs clearance, weather, carrier delays, and other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

We are not responsible for delays, losses, or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

For international shipments, the customer may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.

9. OEM and ODM Services

Pettimery may provide OEM and ODM services, including customized products, colors, logos, packaging, materials, sizes, and other specifications.

Before production, customers are responsible for reviewing and confirming all relevant specifications, artwork, samples, quantities, and other order details.

Once a customized order has been approved and production has started, changes or cancellations may not be permitted.

For OEM/ODM orders, the final terms, specifications, pricing, production schedule, payment terms, and delivery terms may be separately confirmed in writing between Pettimery and the customer.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including but not limited to:

• Text

• Product descriptions

• Product images

• Photographs

• Graphics

• Logos

• Website design

• Page layouts

• Videos

• Trademarks

• Other materials

is owned by or licensed to Pettimery unless otherwise stated.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, sell, or commercially use our content without our prior written permission.

For OEM/ODM projects, intellectual property rights relating to customer-provided designs, logos, trademarks, artwork, or other materials remain with the respective customer or rights holder.

The customer represents and warrants that they have the necessary rights and permissions to use any materials supplied to Pettimery for customization or production.

11. User-Submitted Content

If you submit reviews, comments, images, feedback, designs, or other content to our Site, you represent that you have the necessary rights to provide such content.
